How can I pay for my Noggin Sport product?

At the moment, we accept credit/debit cards, apple pay and paypal payments.

How long will it take for my Noggin Sport order to arrive?

If the 1st class mail option is selected, we aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting, however at this moment in time we are unable to provide a guaranteed service.

If the 2nd class mail option is selected, we aim to deliver in two to three working days.

If the international mail option is selected, we aim to delivery to Europe in 3 to 5 working days. Whilst delivery to the rest of the world in 5 to 7 working days.

How do I know if the headwear I want to order is out of stock?

Any of our Noggin Sport products that are out of stock, will display an 'out of stock' label in our shop.

What is my order reference number?

When contacting us about your product, please quote the ‘Reference Number’. We will give you this order number on the confirmation page when you place your order, as well as on the Order Confirmation Email we send you.

Can I change or cancel an order once it’s been placed?

If you've made an order and want to cancel it, drop us a message as soon as you can. We will do everything we can to help make it right and get you exactly what you're looking for.

How do I return my Noggin Sport product?

If you wish to return a Noggin Sport item, you must return to the address detailed on your invoice. The item(s) must then be returned within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Please allow 14 working days from the date of your return for your refund to be processed.
